Common questions
Why are you giving away mockups for free?
It is much more effective to show what I can build than to talk about it. You see exactly what you would be getting before you decide: not a template pitch, your actual business on a real design.
What is the catch? Why is this not $15,000?
We do one thing, we have built the same product many times, and we run it efficiently. One product, one flat price, no sales team, no office. The price is the price.
What if I love the mockup but can't move forward right now?
No pressure at all. Mockups come down after 14 days to make room for the next batch, but reach back out whenever you are ready and we will pick it right back up.
How custom is the mockup really?
Fully custom. I use your real photos and services, and your branding when available. It is not a template with your logo dropped in. It is a design built specifically around your business.
What does 'fully managed' actually mean?
Everything is handled for you: hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, edits, and updates are all included in your $299/mo flat price. You don't touch a CMS, you don't pay separate hosting bills, and you don't deal with plugin updates. When you want a change, you text me and I make it happen. You never touch it.
What counts as a small edit?
Text, images, links, hours, phone numbers, buttons, on any existing page. New pages, new forms, or a redesign are quoted separately, plainly, before any work happens.
Am I locked in?
No. It's month to month and you can leave whenever you want. Prepay three months and there's no setup fee at all. Pay monthly instead and the setup fee gets charged up front, once. Either way there's no contract, and nothing gets billed to you after you leave.
What if I change my mind after we go live?
You're covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, and the clock starts the day your site goes live, not the day you sign. Change your mind for any reason inside those 90 days and you get back every dollar you paid. Not prorated, no setup fee kept, and you don't have to explain yourself. You keep your domain either way.
Who owns the website and the domain? What happens if I leave?
You own the domain from day one. We register it and we pay for it, but it goes in your name, so if you ever leave, you take it with you. Leave after your first 90 days and you also keep your site files. It is real code, so any developer can run it anywhere. Holding your website to keep you is not something we could do even if we wanted to.
Why not just use Wix?
You could, if you wanted another job. Wix hands you the tools and the monthly bill and leaves the work to you. This is the opposite: you never touch it. And a Wix site can never leave Wix. Yours is code you own.
What is it built with?
Custom code: Next.js, the same framework used by major brands. No plugins to break, no database to hack, nothing to maintain on your end. It is also why your site is portable if you ever leave.
What do I actually have to do?
Approve it. That's the whole job. We write the copy and pull your photos off your Google Business Profile, so there's no homework and no blank page sitting there waiting on you. Send your own photos if you'd rather, and we'll use those instead.
What if I go quiet and never get back to you?
We send it over for approval. If we haven't heard back in 14 days we launch it anyway, because a finished site working for you beats a finished site sitting in your inbox. And you can change anything afterward, any time, as many times as you want.
