Common questions
Why do you build the homepage before I pay?
It is much more effective to show what I can build than to talk about it. You see your actual business on a real design before you decide anything: your name, your reviews, your photos. Not a template pitch.
What is the catch? Why is this not $15,000?
We do one thing, we have built the same product many times, and we run it efficiently. One product, one flat price, no sales team, no office. The price is the price.
What if I like it but can't move forward right now?
No pressure at all. Your homepage stays up at the link for 14 days. Reach back out whenever you're ready and we'll pick it right back up.
How custom is it really?
Fully custom. I use your real photos and services, and your branding when you have it. It is not a template with your logo dropped in. It is a design built specifically around your business.
When do I pay?
When you say yes on the call, after you've seen your homepage. The plan you pick is charged once, and every dollar is refundable in full until your site goes live.
What does 'fully managed' actually mean?
Everything is handled for you: hosting, security, monitoring, edits, and updates are all included in the $299 a month. You don't touch a CMS, you don't pay separate hosting bills, and you don't deal with plugin updates. When you want a change, you text me and I make it happen. You never touch it.
What counts as a small edit?
Text, images, links, hours, phone numbers, buttons, on any existing page. New pages, new forms, a layout rebuild, or an embed like a shop, a newsletter, or a booking tool are quoted separately, plainly, before any work happens.
Am I locked in?
No. Pick the plan that fits: monthly with a $750 setup fee, or prepay 3, 6, or 12 months with no setup fee at all. After any prepaid term it's month to month. There's no contract, you can cancel any time by text or email, and nothing gets billed to you after you leave.
What if I change my mind after we go live?
On any prepay plan you have 90 days from the day your site goes live to get every dollar back. Not prorated, and you don't have to explain yourself. On the monthly plan you have 30 days on the first month, and the setup fee is earned at go-live. Before your site goes live, everything you've paid is refundable in full on every plan. You keep your domain either way.
Who owns the website and the domain? What happens if I leave?
You own the domain from day one. We register it and we pay for it, but it goes in your name, so if you ever leave, you take it with you. Leave after your refund window and you also keep your site files. It is real code, so any developer can run it anywhere. Holding your website to keep you is not something we could do even if we wanted to.
Why not just use Wix?
You could, if you wanted another job. Wix hands you the tools and the monthly bill and leaves the work to you. This is the opposite: you never touch it. And a Wix site can never leave Wix. Yours is code you own.
What is it built with?
Custom code: Next.js, the same framework used by major brands. No plugins to break, no database to hack, nothing to maintain on your end. It is also why your site is portable if you ever leave.
What do I actually have to do?
Approve it. That's the whole job. We write the copy and pull your photos off your Google Business Profile, so there's no homework and no blank page sitting there waiting on you. Send your own photos if you'd rather, and we'll use those instead.
What if I go quiet and never get back to you?
We send it over for approval. If we haven't heard back in 14 days we launch it anyway, because a finished site working for you beats a finished site sitting in your inbox. And you can change anything afterward, any time, as many times as you want.
